By accessing, browsing, or using the website http://www.dragonboosting.com/ (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase services. If you use the Site on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have sufficient authority to bind it.

For purposes of these Terms: “Dragon Boosting”, “we” or “the Company” refers to Dragon Boosting; “User” is any person who accesses the Site; “Customer” is the User who places an Order; “Order” is a confirmed purchase; “Boosting Services” are digital services provided by the Company and/or independent providers to support the Customer’s progress or performance in certain video games; “Items” include virtual currency or other digital goods associated with an Order; “Provider” or “Seller” is the third party that performs a Service where applicable; “Game Account” is the Customer’s account on third-party platforms.

1.4. Business Description and Scope
We offer digital services and digital goods related to video games, including, subject to availability, Boosting Services and/or delivery of Items. Details, scope, requirements, and estimated timeframes are provided on the Site or during checkout. We may modify the catalog or discontinue services without affecting confirmed Orders, except where necessary for security, compliance, or force majeure reasons.
1.5. Eligibility, Minimum Age and Permitted Use
The Site is not directed to minors. By using it, you represent that you are 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide truthful and up-to-date information.
1.6. User Account and Security
The Site may allow account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or limit access to protect the security of the User, the Site, or third parties.
1.7. Electronic Communications
By using the Site, you agree to receive electronic communications related to your account, Orders, and support (e.g., confirmations, status updates, information requests). Marketing communications, if any, will be sent only where permitted by applicable law and you may opt out.
1.8. Prices, Currency, Payments and Taxes
Prices are shown on the Site, typically in USD unless expressly stated otherwise. Payment processing may be handled by third parties (e.g., Stripe and/or PayPal). By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge for the total amount. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or charges in your jurisdiction, unless the law provides otherwise.
1.9. Fraud Prevention and Verification
We may implement anti-fraud controls and request reasonable verification to protect Users and the Company (e.g., email validation, identity verification, or payment method confirmation), to the extent permitted by law. Suspicious Orders may be suspended or cancelled.
1.10. Customer Requirements and Access to Third-Party Accounts
For certain Services, the Customer may need to provide temporary access to their Game Account. The Customer acknowledges that such access is provided at their sole responsibility. We recommend not sharing financial information or payment credentials, and enabling available security measures. The Company does not request and must not receive card details outside the payment processor’s flow.
1.11. Performance, Delivery and Confirmation
Delivery times may be estimates and may vary due to Provider availability, third-party platform maintenance, or other reasonable causes. Performance is considered completed when the Service has been executed according to the purchased scope or the Item has been delivered to the destination indicated by the Customer. The Customer must report issues as soon as possible to allow investigation and correction.
1.12. Third-Party Rules and No Affiliation
The Site and the Services may relate to third-party platforms and video games. Dragon Boosting is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by their developers or rights holders. All trademarks and rights belong to their respective owners. The Customer is responsible for reviewing and complying with third-party terms and rules (including anti-cheat policies). Use of Services may carry risks (e.g., third-party restrictions or sanctions). To the extent permitted by law, the Customer accepts those risks.
1.13. Prohibited Conduct
You must not: (i) use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes; (ii) interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt to access systems or data without authorization; (iii) introduce malware or harmful automation; (iv) make purchases with unauthorized payment methods; (v) abuse refunds or initiate improper chargebacks; (vi) harass or threaten support staff or Providers; (vii) infringe third-party rights.
1.14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, its content, and software are owned by Dragon Boosting or used under license. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit the content without prior written authorization.
1.15. Links to Third Parties
We may include links to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at the User’s own risk.
1.16. Disclaimers and No Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Site and the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete absence of errors. We do not guarantee specific results, as they may depend on external factors (e.g., changes in third-party platforms).
1.17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dragon Boosting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. In no event shall total liability for claims related to an Order exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer for that Order.
1.18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dragon Boosting and its providers from claims and costs (including reasonable fees) arising from: (i) improper use of the Site; (ii) breach of these Terms; (iii) violation of third-party rights; or (iv) false information provided by you.
1.19. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for failures or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including third-party failures, service interruptions, attacks, natural disasters, labor disputes, governmental actions, or maintenance of third-party platforms.
1.20. Suspension, Cancellation and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or an account, and/or cancel Orders, if we detect fraud, breaches, or security/compliance risks. Where applicable, the Refund Policy will apply.
1.21. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Before initiating a formal claim, the Customer agrees to attempt informal resolution by contacting support at support@dragonboosting.com. We may open a review ticket to assess the issue and request additional information. Unless consumer regulations provide otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States. The parties submit to the competent courts of Florida, United States, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights where applicable.
1.22. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Refund Policy and the Privacy Notice, constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the Site, and supersede prior communications on the same subject.
1.23. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms for operational, legal, or security reasons. We will post the updated version on the Site with a last updated date. Continued use of the Site means acceptance of the current version.
